This is the smallest whole number of capsules that holds at least one comparison dose. It is shown as a caveat and is deliberately not used in ranking, because rounding up changes the amount as well as the price.
  • One capsule holds 2,000 mcg of vitamin B12, 2 times the 1,000 mcg comparison dose. Capsules cannot be split.
  • Printed on this bottle's own panel as "Vitamin B12 (as methylcobalamin) 2,000mcg 83,333%" in a "Serving Size: 1 Capsule" serving, with "Servings Per Container: 240". The same panel prints the footnote "* Percent Daily Value (DV) is based on a 2,000 calorie diet.", which is the panel's own wording. The comparison basis is micrograms of vitamin B12 and the panel prints micrograms, so nothing is converted. The panel names one nutrient and no other active ingredient. The face carries an "ANIMAL-FREE Vegan PRODUCT" seal, which is what vegan rests on. It states nothing about gluten, so that stays Unknown.

Delivery

Delivery cost
Applies, amount not published
Delivery is NOT free on this order. It is $42.03 below the $59.00 threshold, and this retailer does not publish a rate, so we cannot tell you what it will add. Free continental US shipping on orders above $59, from the site-wide banner, first read September 1, 2026: "FREE CONTINENTAL U.S. SHIPPING ON ALL ORDERS ABOVE $59". The policy page showed the same threshold on September 26, 2026. The wording covers the continental US only, so the cost to Alaska, Hawaii and US territories is Unknown. No rate is published below the threshold. On September 1, 2026 the site was also running a sitewide discount code that could not be combined with free shipping, so the advertised price and the checkout price can differ here.

at least $0.035
We will not put a number on this. The product price is a floor, not the price you will pay. Reaching the free-delivery threshold, or choosing a retailer that publishes its rate, is the only way to know in advance.

Verification, Tier D: Could not locate independent data

We could not locate independent testing or certification for this product. That is a statement about our search, not about the product. These programs certify what a company submits to them, so a product can be absent simply because it was never entered, which is not a finding against it. Which certifier databases we searched, and when, is listed below. Where a program is not listed there, we have not checked it and do not imply anything either way.

  • Searched 4 certifier databases and found no listing for this product, and located no published test results. Programs we did not search are named below as not checked.
  • Checked NSF Certified for Sport database on Sep 20, 2026: not listed.
  • Checked USP Verified database on Sep 21, 2026: not listed.
NSF Certified for Sport: checked, not listed
Checked and absent. The full Certified for Sport directory was read on Sep 20, 2026 and carries 2,520 listings. No listing in it is filed under this brand under any spelling, and the five listings in the whole directory whose product or brand name matches "b12", "b-12" or "cobalamin" belong to Herbaland Naturals, Pure Power, TB12(R) PROTEIN and Thorne. The label on this package prints no NSF mark. Absence from a database is not a failed test.

USP Verified: checked, not listed
Checked and absent. USP's own Verified Products directory was read page by page in a browser on Sep 21, 2026: 16 pages, 159 products, 16 brands, captured in this site's directory snapshot. This brand does not appear in the directory or in its brand facet, and no product in it names this brand. USP verifies the products a company submits to it, so this records which products were submitted and nothing else. Absence from a database is not a failed test.

What this rests on: prices we last recorded at the retailer named on each product page, which go stale, and each page says when it was checked; the products we track, not every product sold, and Amazon and Walmart are not among the stores; listings and labels read at the source, each linked from the page.
